With a robust presence in the Egyptian market and a commitment to innovation and infrastructure excellence, they are seeking a high-caliber executive to steer their strategic growth and operational efficiency. This dual-focus role requires a seasoned leader capable of managing day-to-day operations while aggressively expanding the company’s market share in Egypt’s booming construction sector.
    ►Main Tasks & Responsibilities
    •Strategic Growth & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and revenue streams within the Construction Chemicals sector.
    •Operational Leadership: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all departments align with the company’s long-term objectives and KPIs.
    •Market Expansion: Lead the identification and acquisition of high-value projects and strategic partnerships across Egypt, leveraging deep local market knowledge.
    •Financial Oversight: Monitor budgetary performance and financial health, implementing cost-control measures and driving profitability across all business units.
