Your day involves designing, building, and operating intelligent systems that monitor, diagnose, and optimize enterprise data pipelines, with a focus on energy operations and power plant environments such as Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPPs). You leverage AI engineering expertise and a reliability mindset to ensure high-quality, trusted data at scale while using GenAI technologies to enhance productivity, documentation quality, and knowledge accessibility across various teams, all while maintaining safety, compliance, and engineering integrity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, and calculated indicators to support Asset Performance Management (APM) and reliability optimization.
• Analyze operational, maintenance, and equipment data to identify failure patterns, reliability risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement data visualizations, dashboards, and machine learning-based analytical logic to model equipment behavior, failure modes, and degradation patterns.
• Collaborate with asset and equipment owners to support FMEAs, reliability models, and asset management workflows, such as fault recording and maintenance planning.
• Manage on-premises and cloud-based data platforms, ensuring reliable data flows, storage, and accessibility.
• Share knowledge by maintaining training resources, documentation, and communities of practice, fostering collaboration and learning.

What You Bring

·Technical & Analytical Skills:Proficient in Python, machine learning tools, data architecture, and visualization (dashboards, analytical storytelling); skilled in integrating and analyzing data from multiple operational and enterprise sources.

·Reliability & Engineering Knowledge:Comprehensive understanding of energy generation systems, equipment types, failure mechanisms, degradation processes, RCM principles, reliability indicators, and criticality assessments.

·Asset & Maintenance Management: Expertise in asset management workflows, maintenance planning, cost structures, inventory management, and their impact on production and energy markets.

·Business & Collaboration Skills:Strong ability to collaborate with O&M teams, asset owners, and reliability experts while translating technical insights into business value with excellent communication skills.

·Education & Industry Experience: Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with preference for experience in energy, utilities, or asset-intensive industries.

·Tools & Technologies:Skilled in Python, machine learning frameworks, data visualization tools, on premises/cloud data platforms, APM systems, and SharePoint for knowledge management.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
