Our client is a design-forward jewelry brand with a strong visual identity and an established internal creative team. They produce a high volume of content and are focused on scaling their output while maintaining a premium and cohesive brand presence across all channels.
Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, visually compelling, and platform-optimized content that supports the brand’s social and marketing strategy. This is an execution-focused role that requires a strong understanding of content performance, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with the brand while effectively engaging the target audience.
Content Creation & Asset Development
Produce high-quality short-form and platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
Create both video and static assets tailored to each platform
Support content needs across campaigns, product launches, and evergreen initiatives
Content Repurposing & Output Scaling
Transform existing footage and assets into multiple content pieces
Adapt content across formats and platforms to maximize output
Identify opportunities to extend the lifecycle of high-performing content
Editing, Storytelling & Platform Optimization
Edit content with strong pacing, structure, and storytelling
Stay aligned with platform trends while maintaining brand integrity
Optimize content based on platform-specific best practices and audience behavior
Creative Execution & Collaboration
Execute based on strategic direction, briefs, and campaign objectives
Collaborate closely with internal creative and marketing teams
Contribute creative ideas while aligning with overall direction
Brand Alignment & Visual Consistency
Maintain a strong understanding of the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and positioning
Ensure all content is cohesive across platforms and campaigns
Balance trend-driven content with a consistent, elevated brand identity
Performance Awareness & Iteration
Understand what types of content perform well and why
Incorporate feedback and performance insights into future content
Continuously refine output based on engagement and audience response
Experience
2–4+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or similar roles
Experience working with consumer brands (fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred)
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and platform-native content
Skills
Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
Strong eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
Ability to repurpose and scale content efficiently
Strong understanding of content performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
Creative, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Strong ownership of deliverables and timelines, with a collaborative and feedback-driven approach
Increased volume of high-quality, on-brand content
Consistent visual identity across all assets
Strong performance across key engagement metrics
Efficient content production and effective asset repurposing
Positive collaboration and alignment with internal teams
