Barista

We are hiring a Barista to join our Client Team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have to ensure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service of food and beverage, maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment and efficiently, enhancing the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents.
• To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• To ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards
• To ensure that the pantry is stocked and tidy at all times, ensuring efficient service.
• To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintains a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events to maintain a cleaned comfortable store.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so colleagues can locate resources and product as needed.
• Assists with new colleagues training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Obtains beverages and bar supplies from store room.
