Associate Manager - Quality & Hygiene

JOB TITLE
Associate Manager Quality and Hygiene | MAF Retail | Hyper Market 

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements.
• Implement the internal quality and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain all documents related to hygiene procedures to ensure quality .
• Research and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulations.
• Implement the hygiene and food safety awareness/climate in the stores to ensure highest quality. 
• Monitor and report on food storage complies with the required health and safety standards .
• Monitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedurs. 
• Implement training for all food and waste handling staff. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field. 
• 5+ years in related food quality control, 3+ years within the retail working with food is preferab .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Process associated with the development and monitoring of products.
• Lab testing, cold chain logistics.
