Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational best practices and trends in art education.
Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching art in a school setting, preferably with diverse age groups.
Excellent knowledge of various artistic techniques, media, and art history.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Organizational skills to effectively manage classroom materials and student records.
