About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Art Director with a strong Applied Arts background to lead the creative team and drive the visual direction of campaigns, branding projects, and digital content.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a portfolio that reflects creativity, quality, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the creative team, providing direction and mentorship.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and digital communication.
Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to final execution.
Ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client presentations.
Supervise production processes, photoshoots, and project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and new creative technologies.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Medical Insurance Social Insurance Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in art direction or creative leadership.
Proven experience leading creative teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing concept development and high-quality design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
