Our client is a commercial and multifamily construction company focused on leveraging emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth. As the organization expands its AI initiatives, they are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and automations that improve business operations across project management, scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows.

Role Overview

The AI Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered software solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization. The AI Solutions Engineer will work directly with leadership to identify AI opportunities, build custom applications, integrate AI technologies, automate workflows, and develop scalable systems that support long-term business growth. This role is ideal for a software engineer with strong AI implementation experience who enjoys solving real-world business challenges through automation and modern AI technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & Engineering

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, tools, and internal systems.

• Develop applications utilizing OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other large language models (LLMs).

  
  

• Create AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

  
  

• Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and business systems.

  
  

Process Automation & Infrastructure

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes.

  
  

• Build systems that automate project scheduling and planning workflows.

  
  

• Develop AI-assisted solutions for project documentation, plans, and construction data.

  
  

• Design scalable AI infrastructure that supports future business initiatives.

  
  

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical business applications.

  
  

Internal Business Systems

Qualifications Experience

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.

  
  

• Experience building AI-powered applications and business tools.

  
  

• Experience implementing AI solutions within operational environments.

  
  

• Experience developing internal business applications and dashboards.

  
  

• Experience integrating APIs and third-party business systems.

  
  

• Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.

  
  

• Commercial or multifamily construction experience is highly preferred.
