What the Program Offers 6-month paid, full-time program International training experience in Italy (Piaggio HQ) Hands-on experience to premium retail sales Rotational assignments across Cairo, North Coast, and Gouna Structured development in sales, customer experience, and product expertise Program Structure Training Phase Vespa product knowledge by Piaggio team Sales and commercial fundamentals Customer experience and relationship management Negotiation and closing techniques Sales KPIs and performance management CRM systems and digital tools Field Rotations Cairo flagship locations Seasonal assignments in North Coast & Gouna Responsibilities: Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Vespa brand standards Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable solutions Conduct product presentations and coordinate test rides Support sales closure and achieve monthly targets Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups Participate in brand activations and events Build long-term customer relationships Fresh graduates (0–2 years of experience) Strong interest in sales, automotive, or luxury retail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented Fluent in Arabic & English Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (Gouna / Sahel rotations)
