Join us as an Accounting Clerk. You will have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, were looking for someone who: - has Sense of hospitality - has prior work experience in hotel operational departments - has proven track record successful administration - has the ability to handle guest complains with a smile - has great interpersonal skills.

Your day to day 

• Verifies guests ledger reconciliation on a daily basis and takes appropriate action on discrepancies

  
  

• Verifies cash daily cash transactions and take appropriate action on discrepancies.

  
  

• Prepares daily report by 9 AM

  
  

• Calculates & verifies daily room revenue.

  
  

• Calculates & verifies daily F&B revenue

  
  

• Calculates & verifies other operating department revenue on a daily basis.

  
  

• Updates and records general cashiers summary on a daily basis

  
  

• Controls safe deposit box keys by counting all safe keys in Front Office and reports to be submitted to controller on findings.

  
  

• Verifies all entertainment checks that they contain all required details as per procedure. Same to be forwarded to Controller & General Manager for approval on a daily basis.

  
  

• Verifies all house call vouchers and forward same for approval daily.

  
  

• Performs surprise spot check to all revenue generating outlets periodically, to ensure that revenue control PNP’s are followed properly. Report to be submitted to Controller for each spot check.

  
  

What we need from you

• -Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Same position preferred. 

  
  

• -Previous Experience in luxurious Hotels. 

  
  

• -Fluent English language.
