Stock Support (Intern position, 25 hours), Copenhagen Fashion Boutique

Chanel Denmark is currently looking for a Stock Support.

The job of a Stock Support is to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. To create strong client experience by ensuring excellent client service, product care, and teamwork at all times. To have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a brand ambassador of the highest order in addition to a passion for client service and fashion.

This position is a full-time maternity cover for one year, in a dynamic and inspiring environment with high ambitions and great courage. The position is based in the CHANEL Fashion Boutique in Denmark and reports hierarchically to the Fashion Operational Manager, Copenhagen.

The Impact You Can Create At CHANEL

• Be responsible for receiving and transferring stocks and repair items to/from Warehouse in an organized & timely manner
• Reporting all defective goods in the Boutique location and liaison with Boutique Team
• Maintain items in the stock room, ensure they are kept in a safe, clean and organized manner
• Ensure the efficient and accurate price-tagging of merchandise is done
• Participate in the daily & monthly stock takes in the Boutique. Check and verify stock discrepancies
• Maintain accurate record of Boutique inventory
• Maintain clean and orderly the wrapping area at all times and ensuring the packaging order
• Be part of Care and Repair team, answering clients’ requests, but also receiving and sending items to the Ateliers

Position Requirements

• A first retail experience is preferable
• Self-driven, positive and independent person
• Highly structured and organizational skills
• High degree of ethics and obsession with client experience and satisfaction
• Fluent in English, Danish is a plus and any additional languages are a merit
• Schedule flexibility according to business needs
