What You'll Do:
Provide on-site desktop support for end users, including software/hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, while independently managing IT operations at the site.
Assist with basic server and network issue diagnosis (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, file services) and collaborate with global/regional IT teams to execute standardized IT processes.
Support user accounts, peripherals, printing systems, and daily IT services, ensuring compliance with company IT policies and security guidelines.
What You Need:
Minimum 3–4 years of IT desktop support experience, with a strong ability to handle end-user desktop environments independently.
Solid understanding of Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, common enterprise applications, and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience independently managing IT support at a site is preferred.
Good communication skills in English for daily work interactions, along with a proactive service mindset.
Valid Czech work permit and visa, available for an on-site client interview, and able to join immediately upon clearance.
