We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Zagreb. You will manage a large portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners, helping them grow their business on our platform. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, persistence, and a proactive approach. You'll spend a significant part of your day reaching out to partners, making calls, and building relationships.
THE JOURNEY
Manage a portfolio of 100+ small and medium-sized restaurant partners
Conduct regular outreach via phone and email to engage existing and potential partners
Build and maintain relationships with partners, understanding their needs and challenges
Monitor partner performance using data and provide recommendations for improvement
Organize your portfolio effectively to ensure all partners receive appropriate attention
Promote platform features, promotions, and advertising opportunities to partners
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to resolve partner issues
Meet monthly targets for partner engagement, activation, and revenue growth
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development
Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls and outbound outreach
Strong organizational skills - ability to manage a large portfolio without dropping the ball
Persuasive communicator who can pitch effectively and handle objections
Self-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitude
Not afraid to pick up the phone and have difficult conversations
Data-oriented - comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics
Fluent in Croatian and proficient in English
Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivation
