Emiratization:

• Summer Training - is offered to UAE nationals who are interested in similar experience.

• Work Placement - is offered to graduating students from HCT or UAE University as a prerequisite for graduation.

• Sponsorship - is offered to UAE nationals who are specialising in the fields of Banking and Finance in their last 2 years of schooling, and after graduation, pursue their career in banking with UNB.

• On-the-Job Training Program - is offered to new UAE national graduates selected through a thorough selection process to be trained for deployment to specific positions across the bank after their training period.

• Mid-career Opportunities - are offered to UAE nationals with banking experience.
