MO’DS - AlSallal Projects Trading Co. was established in 1992 with a vision of providing customers with culinary experiences that would transport them to countries and continents, on journey of unique tastes and flavors.

Founded by Chairman Mr. Al Sallal, the first restaurant-cafe served Lebanese cuisine in a unique setting overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Al Sallal’s vision was depicted by the use of the finest ingredients, classic cooking methods, and a distinctive interior designed to complement the warmth of the foods served. Above all, Lebanese hospitality was shown to the customers through the service and respect provided, as well as the presentation of food and decor.

Today, MO’DS continues to uphold its commitment to excellence and quality through 11 distinguished restaurants, with over 20 locations across Kuwait.
