DENYS ARABIA was established in 2011 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an Equally Shared Joint Venture Company with "DENYS GLOBAL NV", Belgium, and "Civil Works Company Ltd., (CWC, a subsidiary of Rasheed Al Rasheed Sons Co.,), KSA.

DENYS ARABIA has been set up to undertake complete construction activities for projects in the Oil & Gas, Power & Water, and related infrastructure fields. Based in Al Khobar, DENYS ARABIA has the capability to work throughout all areas of Saudi Arabia.

Its major activities are: Pipeline Construction (Oil & Gas, industrial gases, low and medium pressure pipes for gas distribution, Industrial pipes, measuring and control stations), Tunneling works (General tunnel constructions, Pipe jacking, Micro-tunneling, Horizontal directional drilling &Vertical sinking of shafts), Water & Civil Works (Water transmission lines, Waste-water collectors & purification plants, Sewer systems, Drinking water and raw water lines for transport, Drinking water production installations, Cooling pipes, traditional power stations and combined power stations, Hot-water pipes for district heating systems, Water towers and reservoirs, Pump stations, Service pipes and Standpipes).

DENYS ARABIA has been prequalified by Saudi Aramco and upgraded as LSTK Contractors in Saudi Aramco General Bid Slate for the "Onshore Pipelines Works" offering high quality and cost-effective EPC works for the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.

We at Denys Arabia envision to contribute our share to the National Transformation Program (NTP) of "Saudi Arabia Vision 2030" by maximizing the domestic workforce in the organization, supporting them with adequate training, skill development and knowledge, and in doing that to support the idea by meeting out the financial liabilities.
