Sales Operations Project Managers focus on driving sales growth by optimizing sales strategies, overseeing the implementation of sales projects, and managing sales resources. They liaise between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the tools and resources needed to achieve their targets. The main objective of the Sales Operations Project Manager is to ensure the smooth running of all sales projects from inception to completion and navigate all the cross-functional efforts required for each project.In this role you will:Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plansDesign and maintain business requirements and project documentationIdentify and manage project dependenciesTrack project milestones and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teamsReport on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they ariseImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess the results of the projectDevelop and implement sales projects that align with the company’s strategic objectivesUse customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or productsResearch and discover methods to increase customer engagementLiaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales as part of GTMsBuild an open-communication environment for your teamCoordinate with the IT department to optimize sales technology and CRMYour background:Proven experience as a Sales Operations Project Manager/ IT Project ManagerExperience in sales, project management, or related fieldStrong decision-making and leadership abilitiesExperience in managing resources, scheduling, reporting, and adhering to quality control and timely deliverStrong background in IT sales, excellent leadership abilities, and outstanding project management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdditionally, it would be beneficial if you have:BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field; PMP or equivalent certificationSAFe; Lean Six sigma, Scrum or any Agile certificationIf this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.
