Job Purpose 

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team! As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of our finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
• Assisting with the financial forecasting and budgeting
• Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives
• Providing financial analysis to business unit management
• Supporting the financial decision and budget process
• Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget
• Supporting the preparation of management reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensuring accurate stock counts are conducted at all branches
• Maintain strong internal controls across all branches financial processes
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations
• Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance
• Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on MS Excel
