Many of us have a career plan and we commit to follow it. Some of us look forward to starting the journey of our career and are excited and eager to go for it no matter how many obstacle we come across. A career road plan typically involves reaching higher positions and having more responsibilities and more challenges.

Starting as an entry level employee and climbing up to be a senior employee or to manage the team then moving on to manage the whole department is a common goal for many professionals.
