Born and raised in Sharjah, Najla AL-Mida has worked in leading positions for several top companies such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Shell, Google, and McKinsey & Company. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and is a board member of the Young Arab Leaders and the Sharjah Business Women Council. In 2012, Al-Midfa became a member of the United Arab Bank’s board of directors.

Today, her passion is to coach and mentor aspiring entrepreneurs. As general manager of Sheraa she is looking to attract new talent. Sheraa takes aspiring entrepreneurs on an exciting journey to inspire and support them as they establish their businesses.
