Navin Valrani, a CEO of Arcadia Preparatory School and Al Shirawi Group, discusses the need for change in both the work environment and the educational system.

Navin Valrani is the CEO of the Arcadia Preparatory School, a private English National Curriculum School in Dubai, as well as the CEO of Al Shirawi Group; the latter of which is a family-owned industrial conglomerate based in Dubai. Navin attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the London Business School. In 2015, he won the Arabian Business Indian CEO of the year award.

Navin is also an engaged philanthropist, creating the Monica and Navin Valrani Scholarship fund to help female Indian students pursue graduate degrees. As the head of Arcadia Preparatory School, Navin speaks about the need for change in both the educational system and the work environment.
