At one point, technical knowledge was the most important facet of a jobseeker’s skill set, but now online, soft and analytical skills are slowly taking over. At the same time, the hiring process is becoming increasingly digital. This infographic provides insights into the current skills and hiring trends in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
