Bayt.com Infographic: Innovation in the MENA Workplace

Innovation is not a new concept; it has evolved over the last few years to involve collaboration among departments in a firm, but also among firms, including those that are otherwise competitors. A new Bayt.com poll on innovation in the MENA shows that the culture of innovation in the MENA workplace is alive and well.

Some of the poll highlights:

- 83% of MENA professionals claim their organizations have long-term innovation strategies. - 44% say that their companies reward employees’ creativity. - 69.4% state that their companies keep up-to-date with other organizations in their field and adopt best practices. - 62% say that innovation has led to improved financial performance for their company. - 78.3% say that new ideas are encouraged and tried out.
