Senior Forecourt Attendant

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers. This includes directing the work of assigned Forecourt Attendants, refuelling vehicles, servicing with oil, water, and air, selling dry items, and performing other forecourt duties. The role also involves managing fuel replenishment in storage tanks, preparing inventory sheets, recording timesheets, and ensuring adequate storage availability. Additionally, the position is accountable for handling cash inventory, managing opening and closing cash procedures, and running the station effectively during assigned shifts in compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

Provides work direction to assigned Forecourt Attendants.

Carries out hand-over procedures at the beginning and end of shifts manually or electronically.

Enforces safety rules and regulations, reports abnormalities, accidents, and complaints

Leads the operation of Retail Automation and Fuel Management operations to ensure minimum disruption to service station business flow.

Oversees receipt of fuels, oils, and other products at the station. 

Responsible for receiving tanker fuel deliveries and ensuring fuel is decanted into the correct tank capacity based on the decanting procedure. 

Prepares and verifies sales and inventory sheets (dry and wet items) on shift, daily, and monthly basis.

Cash Handling.

Maintains good housekeeping across all station areas.

Reports defective items and requests maintenance as necessary.

Interact with customers professionally during refueling and sales transactions.

Qualifications:

High School Certificate or equivalent.

Fair knowledge of spoken and written English (Business English Certificate Preliminary Ievel).

Basic knowledge of Computer skills.
