Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintaining, planning innovative menus for large-scale food production in line with customer preferences.
· Managing the operations of the kitchen including procurement of ingredients and staff supervision.
· Upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in all kitchen operations.

Qualifications
