About You

• Relevant experience in site-based administration positions
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance

Job Role

• Coordinate site office operations, contractor mobilisation, travel, accommodation, and workforce scheduling
• Manage procurement processes including purchase orders and cost tracking
• Prepare and distribute site notices, meeting packs, and presentations
• Maintain accurate asset, vehicle, and logistics records
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth site operations
