Payroll Analyst Junior - AR/CABA

We seek a Junior Payroll Analyst for our Finance area who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve through process automation and data-driven insights in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Academic Background: Students of Public Accounting, Systems, or Actuarial Science (Is a must).
• Automation Skills: Proven knowledge of Power BI, for report automation (Is a must).
• Software: SAP knowledge (Is a must).
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting processes and payroll tax regulations.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in related positions focusing on report automation and data analysis.
• English: Intermediate level (B1 / B2). 

You will get the chance to:

• Assist in the preparation of automated reports.
• Analysis of the tax results within the payroll process.
• Maintain updates on local, national and federal tax laws and regulations
• Follow up payroll issues with SAP consultants until resolution.
