Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead and scale core experiences within our SuperApp ecosystem. This role requires a strong operator with proven experience in high-scale mobile B2C consumer products, sharp commercial instincts, and a deep understanding of user behavior.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution excellence — someone who can define vision, drive alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-vertical environment.
Experience in advertising, growth, or marketing-driven platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities


  • Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and evolve the product vision for key SuperApp domains.
  • Translate company objectives into clear product strategies and prioritized roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth, monetization, engagement, and retention.
  • Roadmap Ownership & Execution :
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Maintain a strong focus on UI/UX excellence and frictionless user journeys.
  • Business & Commercial Impact:
  • Operate with strong commercial awareness, balancing user value with business performance.
  • Identify monetization levers and optimize revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Ensure product initiatives contribute meaningfully to profitability and long-term growth.
  • Data & Performance Management:
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for all initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation to inform decision-making.
  • Continuously monitor performance, extract insights, and iterate accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams.

Required Qualifications


  • Mobile B2C Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile B2C consumer applications.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retention mechanics, and product-led growth.
  • Business & Commercial Acumen:
  • Demonstrated ability to connect product decisions to revenue, margins, and strategic growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Data & Analytics Expertise:
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product optimization.
  • Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (e.g.,Firebase, GA, CleverTap, LaunchDarkly, or equivalent).
  • Product & UX Sensibility :
  • Strong intuition for intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.
  • Ability to partner closely with design and advocate for clarity and simplicity.
  • Technical Fluency:
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and backend integrations.
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Experience


  • Experience in advertising, growth platforms, or marketing technology (strong plus).
  • Experience building platform features such as loyalty, payments, wallets, or identity.
  • Background in SuperApp, mobility, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Experience operating in multi-country or regionally complex environments.
